Not allowed to dial problem con celular chino :S

Esta es una recopilación de información disponible en internet para quienes atraviesen en algún momento un problema similar al que yo pasé con mi cel... espero resulte útil

Problema:

“Not allowed to dial-WLAN only”

Información sobre el problema:

El problema se basa en la imposibilidad de realizar llamadas tras haber activado la opción WLAN only en ajustes de red. Según lo encontrado y con muchos testimonios de personas que les a ocurrido lo mismo se puede declarar que es un problema general de los celulares chinos, recordando que todos siguen el patrón, TV, WIFI, Dual SIM, etc.

For some reason this prevents outgoing calls "not allowed to dial" and I have seen some mention of a software fix

it sounds like your phone is locked to a provider.
this phone should come unlocked but if your change the software or let the battery die all the way it may have locked itself again.

Causas:

Siguiendo la ruta:

Menu->Ajustes->Ajuste de red->Ajuste de red SIM1->Modo preferido

Se llega a una lista de opciones donde se muestra:

GSM solo, WLAN solo, GSM preferido y WLAN preferido

De manera predeterminada se encuentra seleccionada la opción GSM preferido, pero como para usar la red inalámbrica como es la forma en que se le daría uso aquí se usa el WLAN se lo cambio a WLAN sólo para evitar tener que cambiar individualmente y cada vez que se abran las aplicaciones que funcionan con conexión a Internet.

Resulta que al marcar las opciones WLAN sólo ó GSM se produce el error antes descrito

Impedimentos por el problema:

Al marcar un número sea cual fuere, tras escribirlo y marcar la tecla Send aparece un mensaje de error que indica “Prohibir discar” que en inglés sería “Not allowed no dial”. (Esto para los dos SIM)

En el centro de Mensajes si se sigue la ruta de Menú no se presentan las opciones para crear, leer mensajes. Solo aparece Buzón de voz y Difundir mensaje. (Se puede llegar a los mensajes por medio de la tecla de mensaje en el teléfono)

En Centro de Llamada del menú aparece la opción ajuste de llamada general, allí al tratar de cambiar los ajuste aparece nuevamente el mensaje de error “Prohibir discar”

Uno de los más importantes, no se puede deshacer lo que se hizo al seleccionar WLAN solo, si se vuelve al Modo preferido del Ajuste de red de SIM1, aunque se marque otra opción la operación resulta incompleta, tal y como lo menciona el mensaje de error que aparece.

Maneras de solucionarlo:

Según lo publicado en internet una de las maneras en que se soluciona el problema y que le ha dado resultados a varias personas con el mismo inconveniente es el siguiente:

· Make sure to have 2 sims in phone(do not use 3g sims)

· Make sure wlan is disabled 3. enter engineer mode (type in *#3646633#

· Scroll up not down to number 10 RF test tool

· Choose gsm touch ok verify ok touch power scan

· Select band dcs 1800 press ok phone will go to test looking for DES(frequencies) wait until phone crashes or seems inactive

· Connect your mobile via USB cable to a PC, DO NOT CONFIRM any connection mode at your mobile, just and ONLY connect the cable!!!

· Press the Menu button (second from the left, the one with the seven small dots on it) until you are at the main menu with the 12 icons on the display.

· Go to "Settings" --> "Network Setup" --> "SIM1 network setup"

· Go to "Preferred mode" and choose "GSM preferred" or "GSM only"

· The mobile will switch to your selection, but the message that it will stays on display. Do not press anything else, just wait for about 10 - 15 seconds.

· Disconnect the USB cable from the phone, it will show you that it has switched to your selection.

· Get back to main menu, switch off and restart the mobile --> DONE

*Solamente resetearlo no arregla el percance.

El inconveniente para el telefono Titan 0014 se basa en que no se puede entrar a Engineer mode usando el número *#3646633#.

Así mismo como aquel código hay más para teléfonos chinos, se trató con muchos más sin ningún resultado positivo, entre ellos están:

Q39. My phone is not entering in enigineering MENU?
Some phones does not carry engineering MENU due to difference in software becoz of 62xx chip.
Ur phone lies in the same category .
Also soetimes engineering MENU is disabled by the programmers themselves.

Note:never enter in engineering MENU unless u know which option has what function etc

Posible solución

Luego de varias investigaciones y de descubrir varios dados relacionados al telefono se llego a conocer el software, Chinese Miracle que dice puede reparar estos telefonos bloqueados entre muchas más funciones especiales para los artefactos –Made in China-

Update:

El problema por lo menos a mí no se me solucionó con ninguno de los códigos expuestos. El teléfono quedó inservible de llamar permanentemente. Al parecer lo barato sale caro, peor si no estamos informados.
